My girlfriends and I booked a property at the end of 2019 for a May 2020 trip. With everything that is going on in the world we unfortunately are not able to make the trip. Teresa was such a pleasure to work with and so helpful through this whole situation. We were refunded and quickly and all out questions were answered. We will definitely be rebooking in the future because we cannot wait to stay at the beautiful property.

My family and I were looking for a place to stay in Scottsdale for a wedding. We were able to rent a home managed by Teresa Day of real property management. She was very helpful in answering questions and ensuring the home and pool were ready for our arrival. We had everything we needed and the home was well stocked with cookware, dishes, towels, toiletries etc. our stay was comfortable and we would book again if needed thru Teresa and Real Property. Only recommendation I could make was with the home itself - I did not feel there was adequate ‘child proofing’ between the home and the pool. Adding a lock up high or a safety lock so that a child can not access the pool area via the sliding door would have helped with peace of mind. Otherwise, everything exceeded our expectations

We were in a bind to find a home to rent as we were moving from Kansas to Arizona. The wonderful people here helped us find our beautiful home. Now we have to leave a month early from when our lease ends but they have helped us through the entire process. Maintenance can be a little slow but with as many properties as they have they are doing a great job. Thank you Ruth and the rest of the team!!

Stayed at a property this last weekend in Phoenix. The property management group was easy to work with, response and Teresa Day was very accommodating with our schedule. The house we rented was simply amazing. It had everything one would need and then some. The home was close to everything yet when on the property you felt like you were in your own tropical paradise. The process to rent this home was made so simple by Teresa Day. She was wonderful to work with and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a no hassle, easy to communicate with, super responsive property manager. Take my advice and rent from this company so you wont have regrets..

I have two properties currently with RPM, and am coming up on my first lease renewal with them. Most importantly, they placed quality tenants who have paid rent on time consistently so I highly recommend using them for tenant placement. In regards to communication, they either answer the phone or call me back in a reasonable time frame whenever a question arises. They didn't push back on the use of my preferred HVAC company for tune ups, and somehow seem to have kept an annoying and micromanaging HOA from being as obnoxious as they used to be.

ABSOLUTELY love this company. Seamless, easy, professional and a great prices. They do it all. I never heard any complaints from the tenet because they take care of everything for you so quickly. This type of management service is exactly what I needed. As a current member of the Armed forces I often travel and need someone to make decisions while I'm gone. Integrity and trust is key for me. I have used RPM to rent our condo in Scottsdale since April 2011 and have had great success withthe tenants. For the first three years it was easier to rent ,unfurnished, due to the location close to Old Town Scottsdale but this year we thought it would be difficult to rent on a long term basis as we had furnished the place and still wanted to use it for three months ourselves in the early part of 2016.RPM came through again and showed how proficient and professional they are. Can’t say enough about the RPM Evolve staff! My job transferred me to Oregon and I needed to put my house up for rent very quickly. Contacting them was the best thing I could have done. They were able to get a good tenant in quickly. The fees are very reasonable and it is good to know my property is being taken care. I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent their property with piece of mind.

Prior to picking a management company to manage my property, I called several of them several different times. All of the companies with the exception of this one had phone trees. I prefer to speak with a live person and that is what I got every time that I called them, so that is who I chose. The first impression was accurate because they do an excellent job.

We had a serious water issue in our home that we were renting from Real Property Management Evolve. The issue arose late in the day on a Friday and the water had to be shut off to the house. The shut off of the water landed us in a hotel for the weekend until everything was fixed and completed. I must compliment the staff because they worked with me late into the night on Friday until i was settled into hotel. They gave me updates over the weekend until i was able to move back into the home at the start of the next week. They could have easily blown me off over the weekend but they did not! i typically do not write reviews, but i was so happy with the service that i received, i did in this case! Great company and great people!
